7-day returnsالإرجاع خلال 7 أيام

You can return a watch within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of its price, as long as it is unworn and in its original box with everything it came with.

يمكنك إرجاع الساعة خلال 7 أيام من استلامها واسترداد ثمنها كاملاً، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي علبتها الأصلية مع كل ما وصل معها.

Message us on WhatsApp (+1 929 214 1718) or email hello@sonlum.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send a watch back without contacting us first.

Return shippingتكلفة شحن الإرجاع

If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

If you change your mind, the cost of sending the watch back is yours.

إذا وصلتك الساعة تالفة أو معيبة أو مختلفة عما طلبت، نتحمل تكلفة الإرجاع ونرسل لك بديلاً أو نرد المبلغ كاملاً.

إذا غيّرت رأيك، تكون تكلفة إعادة الساعة على حسابك.

Refundsاسترداد المبلغ

Once we receive and check the return, we refund to your original payment method. Card and Apple Pay refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Tabby and Tamara refunds are applied to your plan by the provider.

بعد استلام الساعة وفحصها نرد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. تظهر المبالغ المستردة للبطاقات وApple Pay عادة خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب البنك، وتتولى تابي وتمارا تعديل خطة الدفع لديك.

Cancellationsالإلغاء

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed for a full refund.
