We deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).

How long it takesمدة التوصيل

Watches ship from our supplier. Delivery takes 2 to 4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. The product page shows the expected arrival window for an order placed today.

We send your tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on junlor.com/track.

تُشحن الساعات من مورّدنا، ويستغرق التوصيل من 2 إلى 4 أسابيع من تأكيد الطلب. تعرض صفحة المنتج موعد الوصول المتوقع للطلب الذي يتم اليوم.

Delivery is included in the price. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout.

If customs in your country ever asks you for a fee, contact us on WhatsApp before paying.

Changes and cancellationsالتعديل والإلغاء

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by replying to your WhatsApp order confirmation or messaging us. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

يمكنك تعديل طلبك أو إلغاؤه خلال 12 ساعة من تقديمه بالرد على رسالة تأكيد الطلب على واتساب أو بمراسلتنا. نرد المبلغ كاملاً للطلبات الملغاة.

If something goes wrongإذا حدثت مشكلة

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 4 weeks after confirmation, message us and we will look into it with the carrier.

إذا لم يتغير التتبع لمدة 7 أيام، أو لم يصلك الطلب بعد 4 أسابيع من تأكيده، راسلنا وسنتابع الأمر مع شركة الشحن.
